How to report an error

Email us through the contact page with the article URL and the specific issue. We review every report.

How we handle corrections

If we confirm a factual error, we correct the article promptly. Significant corrections are noted on the article with the date and nature of the change. We do not silently delete or rewrite published reporting to hide mistakes.

Updates vs. corrections

Developing stories are updated as events unfold; these updates reflect new information and are distinct from corrections, which address errors in what we previously reported.
