Nintendo Switch Online subscribers have a fresh wave of customization options arriving just in time for the holidays. Nintendo has confirmed a series of rotating icon sets, available through December 25th, allowing players to personalize their online profiles with characters and themes from popular franchises.
The additions come as part of Nintendo’s ongoing “Missions & Rewards” program, launched in 2022, which allows users to earn Platinum Points through gameplay and redeem them for a variety of cosmetic items. Icons cost either 5 or 10 Platinum Points, offering an accessible way to enhance the Switch Online experience.
Kirby Air Riders Icons Take Flight
The first set of new icons centers around Kirby Air Riders, with five rounds of designs scheduled to appear. These icons are available on both the original Nintendo Switch and the recently released Switch 2, utilizing a single Nintendo Switch Online account across both platforms.
