- Spouses are prohibited from serving together in the same capacity (Kloter and Saudi Arabia) in the same year.

Specific Qualifications for Key Positions
PPIH Kloter (Hajj Convoy Officials)
- Head of Kloter: Must be an ASN from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or Ministry of Religion, aged 30-58, holding at least Echelon IV or equivalent rank/position, and possessing a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Prior Hajj experience is advantageous.
- Guidance Officer: Age 35-60, must have performed Hajj, possess a Hajj Guidance certificate, and hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
PPIH Arab Saudi (Officials in Saudi Arabia)
- Accommodation, Consumption, and Transportation Officers: Aged 25-57.
- Religious Guidance Officers: Aged 35-60, must have performed Hajj, and hold a Hajj Guidance certificate.
- SISKOHAT Officers: Aged 25-57, must be current or former SISKOHAT operators at the central or regional ministry offices with at least three years of experience, proficient in data processing, and preferably with SISKOHAT technical training certificates.
