1. Zero-Tolerance for Abuse or Harassment
Worldys News prohibits any attempt to intimidate, harass, threaten, defame, or malign editors, contributors, staff, or other users. Abusive messages, stalking behavior, or harassment via email or comment channels will be blocked and may be escalated to legal authorities.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in any of the following:
- Sending threats, intimidation, or abusive communications
- Coercing editorial changes through pressure or harassment
- Impersonating staff, editors, or other users
- Flooding forms or inboxes with spam or coordinated campaigns
- Attempting to breach, disrupt, or probe website security
- Submitting knowingly false claims, defamation, or fabricated evidence
3. Misuse of Legal or Formal Channels
Legal request channels must not be used to suppress truthful reporting or retaliate against accurate coverage. Abuse of takedown, DMCA, or appeals processes will be rejected without response, as outlined in our Legal Request & Takedown Policy.
4. Technical Abuse and Security Interference
Any attempt to hack, disable, replicate, or interfere with the function of Worldys News systems is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in IP blocking, platform restrictions, and referral to relevant authorities.
5. Enforcement Actions
Worldys News reserves the unrestricted right to:
- Block IPs, users, or domains without notice
- Filter or disable submission channels when abused
- Report malicious activity to law enforcement
- Pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable
6. No Right to Access or Engagement
User access to comment functions, inboxes, editorial staff, or digital services is a conditional privilege — not a right. Abuse results in permanent forfeiture of access.
